The reserve is home to 3 of the big five animals, tons of other game and is an accredited birdlife destination. As one of the largest private game reserves, we offer great bush walks, mountain biking trips, fishing in our many dams and excellent game drives. The stories told around the campfire or the dinner table made Iwamanzi a boomerang-destination for many local and international friends. The historical sites at the reserve excite many local visitors, places such as the post office facade of 1911, one of the first Voortrekker's schools, boerwar battlefield sites and historical dwellings and graveyards of different cultures.
